Mix with 3 units of sesame, coconut or sunflower oil to 1 unit of oil pulling concentrate. So that's a 3:1 ratio. You'll get more product this way. Then....

Put 1 tablespoon of your formula in your mouth.

Slowly swish and "chew" with the oil in your mouth for 5-10 minutes.

When finished, do not swallow but spit contents into toilet or a plastic bag. Don't spit it in your sink - we don't want your sink to get clogged.

Finally, rinse with warm salt or plain water.
