For the blender:

  • 8 oz of organic almond milk
  • 6 spoonfuls of Almased
  • 1 tablespoon of coconut oil (or MCT oil)
  • 1/4 cup of canned sweetened adzuki bean (anko, tsuban or koshikan)
  • 4 ice cubes
  • Blend on high till beans have blended into liquid.
